Barack says Im going to give you change.?

Problem being he keeps changing the Change. So what is the

bottom line your actually going to get.

He says He is going to Give you Hope. Well if he keeps

changing the Change. You don%26#039;t want to know what is going

to happen to the Hope.

Bigger question who is going to pay for all this change?

So why are you supporting this guy. He can%26#039;t stay on message

for more than week at a time. Whats your thoughts America.|||Beware Charismatic Men Who Preach %26#039;Change%26#039;

Editor, Times-Dispatch:

Each year I get to celebrate Independence Day twice. On June 30 I celebrate my independence day and on July 4 I celebrate America%26#039;s. This year is special, because it marks the 40th anniversary of my independence.

On June 30, 1968, I escaped Communist Cuba and a few months later I was in the United States to stay. That I happened to arrive in Richmond on Thanksgiving Day is just part of the story, but I digress.

I%26#039;ve thought a lot about the anniversary this year. The election-year rhetoric has made me think a lot about Cuba and what transpired there. In the late 1950s, most Cubans thought Cuba needed a change, and they were right. So when a young leader came along, every Cuban was at least receptive.

When the young leader spoke eloquently and passionately and denounced the old system, the press fell in love with him. They never questioned who his friends were or what he really believed in. When he said he would help the farmers and the poor and bring free medical care and education to all, everyone followed. When he said he would bring justice and equality to all, everyone said %26#039;Praise the Lord.%26#039; And when the young leader said, %26#039;I will be for change and I%26#039;ll bring you change,%26#039; everyone yelled, %26#039;Viva Fidel!%26#039;

But nobody asked about the change, so by the time the executioner%26#039;s guns went silent the people%26#039;s guns had been taken away. By the time everyone was equal, they were equally poor, hungry, and oppressed. By the time everyone received their free education it was worth nothing. By the time the press noticed, it was too late, because they were now working for him. By the time the change was finally implemented Cuba had been knocked down a couple of notches to Third-World status. By the time the change was over more than a million people had taken to boats, rafts, and inner tubes. You can call those who made it ashore anywhere else in the world the most fortunate Cubans. And now I%26#039;m back to the beginning of my story.

Luckily, we would never fall in America for a young leader who promised change without asking, what change? How will you carry it out? What will it cost America?

Would we?

Name removed, Sandy Hook.VA|||i guess I bette vote for McCain and hope he don%26#039;t %26quot;change%26quot;|||He%26#039;s going to give us what we need and want...every time he opens his mouth he loses more ground and voters...keep up the flip flopping Barry.

JOHN MCCAIN 4 PRESIDENT !!!|||Barack will give me something as a hard working American--but I don%26#039;t like the idea of limping around and not being able to sit down.|||Oh sweet, I need a quarter to get a soda out of the vending machine, thanks Mr. Obama for the change, no you can go back to Chicago and pretend to do stuff as a Senator.|||Barack is a flat out liar.|||When he speaks of change, he is referring to what will be left in your pocket after he and the dems get through raising all the taxes and telling us it is for our benefit. Beware of the man who pees on your leg and tells you it%26#039;s raining.|||Another Flip Flop guy....................! Some day we will get a candidate that I want to vote for,,,, VS the lesser of two evils.................................!|||Regardless of his flip flpping on what change means I know one thing for sure; with his socialist ambitions, I know when I get my paycheck, all that will be left is |%26quot;change%26quot; if Obama wins.|||hes a lier and flip flops more than the easter bunny.|||A change of skin color of the Commander %26#039;n Cheif, but everything else will remain the same. A black president wouldn%26#039;t be a bad thing, but this is not the man. Not by any stretch of the imagination.|||I wouldn%26#039;t support that phony if my life depended on it and neither will America. In the end, McCain will be the next president of the United States.|||I am not supporting him now, nor have I ever.|||He%26#039;s right. After he gets done raising taxes , that%26#039;s all that will be left of your check, CHANGE!|||He%26#039;s only going to change two things:

1. He%26#039;s going to give amnesty to all the illegal aliens, which in turn will encourage more to come here.

2. He%26#039;s going to raise our taxes to pay for all the free stuff for the illegal aliens and other socialist programs that he will put in place.|||I would Hope he would slow down with all his rhetoric, I can%26#039;t keep up. Will Change reflect all that will be left in my wallet?

Will all these changes be paid by us the people? I want to know how the poor will open businesses and offer jobs.? I want to know he intends to fix the education system in 57 states? I want to know how will infrastructure will be fixed in America. I want to know why he cannot speak without a telepromter???|||I hate Obama. I know what you mean! Why we are supporting him? Simple: because he is black! And if you don%26#039;t vote for him, you are a racist, at least that is what the democrats will call you and people who don%26#039;t vote for him. So... people supporting him because he is black. And why is he insulting McCain%26#039;s oil plan that will give us oil in 7 years when his will never give us any? HUH? Nobama for president!(Means i don%26#039;t want Obama in the White House)|||Well I%26#039;m not voting because both are awful candidates for us. May just vote on laws and local candidates in my community but that is it really. Going to miss Hillary but oh well no new Bill Clinton jokes. If only some of the smaller parties had more support we would have real candidates to pick from who aren%26#039;t bought in or flip flops. We can just hope for the best and ride this out if not I hear New Zealand is nice this time of the year.|||Jesse Jackson proposed change we can believe in.|||Barack %26#039;Changes%26#039; his mind and %26#039;Hopes%26#039; you don%26#039;t notice.

Barack wants you to vote for him and he will take more money from those who work, and leave the rest to hope for some change.

The Audacity of our hope in Jackson following through on what he said.|||Well, he did say %26quot;change%26quot; so that must be what he%26#039;s talking about, changing his mind on everything he says even the %26quot;change%26quot;.

McCain IS the new president.|||Change is hope, hope is change. why are American scared of change?|||The way he running his mouth , he will give us change all right. a change from not having to listen to mouth after November. THANK GOD.!!!!!!|||I don%26#039;t need change. I will keep my $100, $50, $20, $10, $5, and $1 bills, Obama. Isn%26#039;t it just lovely for him to have %26quot;asked%26quot; me first though?|||mandi_85reform, If McCain DOES pick up where Bush left off that%26#039;s a WHOLE lot better than where Jimmy Carter left off. I%26#039;ll take another 4 or even EIGHT years of Bush / McCain any day over Obama%26#039;s tax raising schemes and his buddy buddy ideas of making peace with terrorist|||Obama has Americas best interest at heart and he is excited, no one is perfect... I think everyone needs to look within and determine what they can do for their country, not what your are going to sit around and expect someone else to do. I don%26#039;t think McCain is a good choice... he won%26#039;t do anything but pick up where Bush left off and that scares me! I hope you have put my opinion in perspective because when it all comes down to it, %26quot;If you are not apart of the solution, then you are apart of the problem%26quot;|||*Nom nom nom nom* --%26gt; The sound of you quoting every conservative talking head over the last few months.

Obama hasn%26#039;t changed his message, he%26#039;s just emphasizing different points than he was a few months ago. The only major flip he%26#039;s done lately was on FISA - and believe me, plenty of us liberals are calling him out on it.

It%26#039;s still NOTHING compared to the flip flops (and outright lies) that McCain%26#039;s been telling. Like calling Obama out on missing a vote for GI benefits (that McCain forgot to mention HE missed too).

Anyway, go to votesmart.com. Complete voting records for both candidates. Stop listening to others and do the research for yourself. It paints a pretty clear picture of who Obama is, and shows that McCain either switches stances a lot, or just forgot what it was he was voting on. (At his age, you know...)
