Help writing a 1 page poam about somwthing change?

Can anyone help me please i am in desperate need!!! i need to write a one page poem about the concept of change. the change can be embedded in the poem. An example our teacher gave the class was a woman who is re-living her childhood swinging off the clother line. in the last paragraph the poem then goes to the present where the women is affected by age and she shows who eveything around her has also aged (the clothesline etc.). the change that occurs here is age. i really need help thinking of some idea.
