Could a slight change in eye prescription cause discomfort?

I think my prescription has changed a bit, so would it make my eyes feel more tired , heavy, and red? sometimes I get a slight burning sensation and I get really bad headaches at times. would it really cause this much discomfort because if my prescription needs changing, the change isn%26#039;t that drastic.|||It%26#039;s possible, have you ever tried looking into the glasses that belong to someone else that has a different perscription than you? How it all looks blurry and gives you a head ache if you look too long? Well it can happen if your perscription changes. My perscription tends to change yearly and I have to get new lenses.
